Store Policy

By placing an order, you agree that you have read and accepted all conditions listed in our Store Policy. Our zine team shall not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from a breach of any of the terms that you have agreed to as set out below.

Our Products

All of our products in the shop are PRE-ORDER items. Production will begin after the end of the pre-order period, and is expected to take a minimum of 3-4 months. Any production updates or delays will be communicated via our social media accounts.

 

All images in the graphics are mock-ups and may not be representative of the final product. 

Digital items will be sent out when we start our shipping period.

Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped from Canada.

At the time we are unable to ship to the following countries: Gaza, Syria, Sudan / South Sudan, Crimea and Sevastopol regions of Ukraine.

Delayed shipping: Ukraine, Israel

At the beginning of our shipping period, all customers will receive an Address Change Form via email. Customers who change their address but do not fill out this form, or fill out the wrong address, will be responsible for any cost of redelivery required.

Added Tax and Customs

Import tax, value-added tax (VAT), and other customs fees are not included in the cost listed on Bigcartel. Any additional charges resulting from import tax will be paid by the customer after the arrival of your package.

Please make sure that you fill out your address accurately. This will reduce the chances of customs rejecting your package or your package being lost.

Refunds and Resale

Refunds will be possible up until the end of our pre-order period. We will not accept refunds once our production period begins.

No part of this zine, including the digital PDF, may be resold.

 Missing or Damaged Items

We will replace items free of charge in the following cases:

  • Missing item(s) from your package due to issues with our packaging
  • Damaged item(s) in your package due to issues with our packaging

Please contact us via email or twitter with proof.

We will not issue a replacement free of charge under the following circumstances:

  • Missing or damaged item(s) due to improper shipping and handling by the postal service
  • Lost or returned packages due to failure of delivery by the postal service
  • Lost or returned packages that are due to your country's customs, including customs or import tax
  • Lost or returned packages that are due to you typing your address wrongly
  • Damage or loss of item(s) due to someone else e.g. a friend or family member handling your package

In these cases, feel free to contact us via email or twitter to discuss your options further.

In all cases, the mod team reserves the right to accept or deny requests for refunds, returns, or replacements at our discretion.
